A note from Maggie

I met my business partner Barrett when we were 16, both full of optimism and energy, on a bus ride from Minnesota to the National Student Council Convention.

Fast forward a few decades, and we've lived in NYC together, traveled the world, and navigated all of life's highs and lows. Through it all, we've shared a passion for life, cocktails, and travel. This bond led us to create Midwest Famous, a way to share our unique & fun take on Midwest hospitality.

Hanging in Barrett’s apartment is a neon sign that reads, “Tomorrow isn’t Guaranteed”. We hope you crack open a THC spritz or pop a gummy and cherish each moment with your favorite people. So…take the trip. Be shameless. Be Weird. Stay Wonderful & Feel famous!

Meet Our Founder

Maggie Mae Dale

With nearly 20 years of experience in the bar scenes of New York and Los Angeles, Maggie has a deep passion for cocktails and hospitality. A 2023 USBG World Class finalist and named one of California's Best Bartenders (LA Drinks Guide), she is excited to bring her passion back home to the Midwest to create fun & innovative beverages that reflect not only her travels, but her roots to home.
